Job Overview

As an HR Trainee, you will assist in supporting HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and build a strong foundation for a career in human resources.

Responsibilities
Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding processes including documentation and induction coordination. Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and tools. Help organize employee engagement programs and internal events. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks. Learn and use HR tools like Zoho People, Excel, and Google Workspace. Support day-to-day HR operations and handle basic employee queries.
Requirements
Any Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Interest in people management and HR processes. Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
